Stainless Steel with Moisture Barrier
Stainless jacketing in 304, 316 and 316L with or without a moisture barrier - specified where the environment is aggressive enough that aluminium will not last.
Product Details
When the environment is aggressive - salt air, chemical fume, high temperature - stainless is the jacketing that lasts. 316 and 316L carry molybdenum for chloride resistance, which is what makes them the default offshore and on the coast.
